Business owner Chris Burnard has worked in the building trade since leaving school, firstly completing a traditional apprenticeship in plumbing and heating then on to running his own plumbing business. 

Through working on a variety of building projects over the years the passion for property grew, with a desire to build and renovate to an uncompromising standard. 

In 1996 Traditional English Properties Ltd was formed and with a small dedicated team of local tradesmen has specialised in unique developments with character around the Norfolk Suffolk border.
